Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mozambique hereby invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of venue rental and catering services for various activities to be implemented in Cabo Delgado Province under different lots, as follows:

• Lot 1 – Ancuabe
• Lot 2 – Mueda
• Lot 3 – Mocímboa da Praia
• Lot 4 – Pemba
• Lot 5 – Palma

The activities include Civil-Military Coordination Meetings, Judicial Court Training, FADM Training and Social Cohesion Activities. The services include conference room rental, provision of meals and related catering services, as detailed in the solicitation document and Schedule of Requirements.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
