Introduction

This Invitation to Bid is for the REHABILITATION AND CONSTRUTION WORKS of the National Health Institute (INS) Headquarters in Marracuene, Maputo Province Mozambique, as further described in Section 5 of this ITB.

Suppliers which have experience to conduct construction works in Mozambique and can meet current tender requirements, are welcome to submit their bids.

Pre-bid conference (not mandatory) will be conducted online on Monday, 17 November 2025, 11:00 local time (GMT+2):

A group site visit will be organised on Tuesday, 18 November 2025, 10:00 local time (GMT+2) at the following address: EN1, Marracuene GPS Coordinates Maputo 25°43’53″S 32°40’15″E

A lthough not mandatory, attending the site visiti is strongly recommended due to rehabilitation nature of works in the main INS building.
