Pre-proposal conference

The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory.

NOTE: Interested bidders are advised to share the details of meeting participants to E-mail: [ind.procurement@UNDP.org] by August 04, 2026 – 04.00 PM (IST) so that meeting link will be shared with them.

Minutes of the pre-proposal conference will be disseminated directly in the system.

SCOPE OF TENDER

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
