Introduction

ASSIGNMENT TITLE:  RFP Pipeline Development and Impact Capital Facilitation for Climate Ventures in Asia (Climate Venture Scaler) 
UNDP PROJECT NAME:  Climate Finance Network, UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub 
DURATION: 1 July 2025 – 30 Oct 2026 (16 months) 
COUNTRY OF ASSIGNMENT: Travel required to Cambodia, Laos and Malaysia countries. 
This initiative aims to support growth-stage enterprises in Cambodia, Laos, and Malaysia by enhancing their impact measurement practices and attracting appropriate capital. Focused on climate action and SDG alignment, it promotes private investment, scales impactful business models, and strengthens financial systems to foster sustainable economic, social, and environmental transformation.
