Request for Quotation: Provision of Simultaneous Interpretation service.
The NBSAP Accelerator Partnership is a joint programme between UNDP and UNEP, through which we organize workshops globally to advance the objectives of both organizations.
The upcoming “Accelerating Systemic Change for Gender Equality and Biodiversity Conservation through NBSAP Global Workshop” is scheduled to take place from 15 to 19 June 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
In this regard, UNDP invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the Simultaneous Interpretation and Related Services, 15–19 June 2026, Thailand

Should you be interested, please submit a bid by creating a response in the system. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the portal. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website: <a target="_blank" href="https://www.UNDP.org/procurement/resources-suppliers” rel=”noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer”>Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
