UNDP Sudan implements programmes funded by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GF). The Global Fund is an international financing mechanism that provides resources to countries to combat the three major diseases, strengthen health systems, and enhance community resilience. Since its inception, the Global Fund has played a pivotal role in saving millions of lives and supporting countries to achieve significant progress in disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

Within Sudan, the UNDP-managed Global Fund Programme supports a wide range of interventions, including procurement and supply of health commodities, strengthening health systems, and building national capacities for effective programme delivery. UNDP allocated fund for medical waster Incinerator in Gadarif state.

UNDP Sudan seeks qualified contractors to provide a fully operational 1000 KVA Power Transformer Station to supply electricity for the Medical Incinerator facility in Gadarif State. The works will include procurement, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the transformer station, along with all associated components and civil works, in accordance with the Bill of Quantities, drawings, and technical specifications.
