REF061 Case Worker

Required Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• 3 year of proven case management experience and activity implementation, with relevant diplomas or a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science, or related specializations.
• Proven experience using the Child Protection Information Management System (CPIMS+) and handling paper forms.
• Experience in community mobilization and conducting outreach activities.
• Solid knowledge of Child Protection, Psychosocial Support (PSS), Psychological First Aid (PFA), Case Management (CM), and Gender-Based Violence (GBV).
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Child Protection Case Management and other official guidelines and tools.
• Strong capacity to encourage children’s active participation and stimulate creativity.
• Good understanding of Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and safeguarding policies.
• Excellent communication and social skills for building relationships with various communities.
• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic; good communication skills in English are desired.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• A creative, active, positive, and flexible personality, with a strong motivation for humanitarian work.
• Experience working in partnerships.
• A proactive attitude, integrity, and initiative, with the ability to think and work independently.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, handle pressure, adapt as needed, and work effectively within a team.
• Strengths in creative thinking, problem-solving, accountability for results, and contributing to the development of effective organizational practices.

• خبرة مثبتة لمدة سنة واحدة على الأقل في إدارة الحالات وتنفيذ الأنشطة، إلى جانب شهادات دبلوم ذات صلة أو درجة بكالوريوس في علم النفس أو العلوم الاجتماعية أو التخصصات ذات الصلة.
• خبرة مثبتة في استخدام نظام إدارة معلومات حماية الطفل (CPIMS+) والتعامل مع النماذج الورقية.
• خبرة في التعبئة المجتمعية وتنفيذ أنشطة التوعية الخارجية.
• معرفة قوية بحماية الطفل، والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي (PSS)، والإسعاف النفسي الأولي (PFA)، وإدارة الحالة (CM)، والعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV).
• إلمام جيد بالإجراءات التشغيلية الموحدة (SOPs) لإدارة حالات حماية الطفل، وغيرها من الأدلة والأدوات الرسمية.
• قدرة قوية على تعزيز المشاركة الفاعلة وتحفيز الإبداع لدى الأطفال.
• فهم جيد لسياسات الحماية من الاستغلال والانتهاك الجنسي (PSEA) وسياسات الحماية.
• مهارات تواصل اجتماعي ممتازة لبناء علاقات إيجابية مع المجتمعات المختلفة.
• مهارات عالية في استخدام الحاسوب، خاصة في تطبيقات Microsoft Office.
• الطلاقة في اللغة العربية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة؛ وتُفضل مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• قدرات تنظيمية عالية ومهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير.
• شخصية مبدعة، نشطة، إيجابية، ومرنة، ولديها دافع قوي للعمل الإنساني.
• خبرة في العمل ضمن شراكات مع جهات أو منظمات أخرى.
• يتمتع بسلوك استباقي، ونزاهة، ومبادرة، والقدرة على التفكير والعمل بشكل مستقل.
• قادر على تنفيذ مهام متعددة، وتحديد الأولويات، والعمل تحت الضغط، والتكيّف حسب الحاجة، والعمل بفعالية ضمن فريق.
• يتمتع بقدرات قوية في التفكير الإبداعي، وحل المشكلات، وتحمل المسؤولية لتحقيق النتائج، والمساهمة في تطوير ممارسات تنظيمية فعّالة.
